We love our bed. It is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in and find it difficult to get up in the morning!

From making the first appointment, to visiting the showroom, to selecting the correct storage bed for me, to delivery and installation of the bed, I found the service to be exceptional. Before I made final selection on my bed and storage size, I took some of my own boxes to see how it fitted inside the storage section. Staff were very helpful in helping me choose fabric and style of headboard based on my bedroom theme and décor. These storage beds are certainly not cheap, however they are a great investment. The quality and craftsmanship of the mattress, bed frame and storage and headboard is excellent. Furl offer different depths of storage based on your requirements. They really are good storage solution for people who live in flats and don't have much storage space.

I have now bought two Plus storage beds from Furl, one king-size in leather and one fabric double. They were worth waiting for as they are high quality and well made with an exceptional amount of storage. I paid to have the beds assembled and it was worth the cost; the guys who did the work were courteous and competent. I also bought the dust protector and would recommend this. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchases and would have no hesitation in recommending Furl.

The ability to visit the London showroom and take plenty of time to choose a sofa bed was a great help. Thereafter the online ordering process was straightforward and we were able to have (rather too small) samples of the available materials to see in our own home. The delivery slot was easily fixed and the men who brought and assembled the sofa were very cheerful and helpful.

Very informative website meant that our expectations were met. We sent our own fabric for the headboard and base and that process went smoothly and we were delighted with the final result. The installation boys were very professional. We chose a Maxi with Alto mechanism. Of course it is stiff to start with, but soon loosens up with use. I dread the day we have to move it, but in the meantime... it is just what we were looking for.

I am extremely happy with the white leather Simplicity Plus storage bed I purchased from Furl. The storage space is amazing and easy to open and close, the foam mattress is very comfortable and the headboard just beautiful! Delivery was as promised and the Furl assembly team - efficient, patient and friendly. This is the second furniture item I have bought from Furl and I would recommend them with no hesitation for the high quality of their products and the excellent service!

Fantastic sofa bed, very compact when folded, but a full size double unfolded. The advice we were given in the showroom was wonderful, everything about the materials and construction was explained carefully and we were encouraged to sit and lie on the different styles to allow us to choose exactly what we wanted. The delivered bed is great, very comfortable as a sofa and a bed, very easy to use. Well done Furl for such a great product!

Excellent customer service and great quality product

Several years ago we bought two single storage beds from this company after visiting their premises in Nottingham. We were happy with the purchase, and when last year we wanted another single storage bed, we went back to Furl. We did this after searching for in vain storage beds of similar quality at a better price. We currently have another Furl single storage bed on order. Not cheap, but we think they are the best on the market.

I recently purchased a sofa bed , which I needed for daily use for two weeks of the month (long story). I needed a sofa bed as this was all that space would allow me. I was feeling negative about this as my experience of all sofa beds to date are that they are not a good sofa, nor a good bed and all are flimsy and a bit of drama to open and close. I researched a lot and found FURL and inspired by the good reviews visited there showroom. Great experience and had a novel experience where a salesman advised me not to add an expensive extra which he did not think would be of much benefit!! Fantastic service! Now , for the bed.......absolutely incredible!! Quality I have never seen before in a sofa bed. I was very nervous as I am not small ( 22 stone) and sometimes my fiancée sleeps there as well, but all my fears were allayed, I absolute feeling 100% confident in the structure of the bed. Another issue I had with a sofa bed was having to stow it away every morning. Again this bed exceeded all expectations. A one hand operation to open and close, with clever storage space for the pillows in the backrest. It is not cheap, but worth every penny. Almost forgot, the installation and delivery service was also top notch and at the showroom they did not have one of the mattresses in stock, so brought two with on the delivery , so I could try both and choose one. I find it so comfortable, I actually miss it the weeks I am not there....

Great capacious bed

This is the second storage bed I have purchased from Furl. The customer service is excellent and you cannot compare the quality of the bed with other storage beds on the market. It is very well made- very solid with so much storage space which is easily accessible. I have no doubt this bed will last a very long time - I don’t expect to ever need to replace it to be honest. I recommend Furl beds without hesitation - as you are getting a lovely, quality bed and a storage unit all in one.

The whole shopping experience from evaluation of the product, ordering and delivery were first rate. A very professional company throughout. The product, a bed settee, is of the highest quality, comfortable to both sit and sleep on as well as looking attractive. Overall, from our experience the product and company cannot be faulted in any way.

Baffled by our attempts to get a decent sized sofabed into our flat we tried Furl. There was no problem at all as the sofabed was delivered in pieces and assembled in a few minutes by the helpful and friendly delivery men. Throughout we received helpful advice, courteous service and ended up with a robust and comfortable bed.

I love our sofabed from FURL. We have had it for 9 years. The internal mechanism is so easy to use and didn't need changing as it is in tip top working condition. FURL were able to reupholster it so it looks brand new and in keeping with our new home. We loved our sofabed so much that we bought a storage bed for our spare room too. They may be more expensive than some companies but I can't fault the level of service that we have had from them and would highly recommend.

Firstly the options for finance made it much easier for us as it is quite an expensive purchase, however, having said that it's been worth every penny. The sofa itself is very well made and attractive and we were able to choose a number of the elements. The fold out mechanism is excellent and the bed itself very very comfortable and able to be used every day

Excellent beds. Well made. Mechanism good. Great storage that is easily accessible. They will cover in the fabric of your choice. Delivery and assembly was undertaken by very helpful and polite staff who took all the rubbish away. Highly recommended. PS - we were so delighted with the first bed, that we purchased a second one!!

From the moment I made my initial enquiry to the day my 2 sofa beds were delivered I found the service to be faultless. I was able to use my own fabric to match my existing furnishings. David, the owner couldn't have been more helpful, his knowledge and dedication to supplying the customer with exactly what I needed was exceptional. I visited the warehouse to drop off my fabric and an immaculate and well run operation was clearly evident, the staff were all so helpful and friendly. Furl Play sofa bed is brilliant. We bought it for a potential air b&b as it can be used for everyday use. It's not the cheapest but worth every penny. A beautiful design, extremely comfortable....and much admired.

We’ve just taken delivery of our new sofa bed and this is a quick line to say how delighted we are with it. Once again, like our storage bed, it’s a superior product. I searched hard for options for a wall-bed - though expensive, Furl stood out for quality and the number of options. It was good to be able to tailor the RAL colour of the bed to match the RAL colour we'd used on adjoining walls and cupboards. I'm still wondering how to fit some small reading lights inside the frame - these would be a great feature to provide. Guests have been very comfortable on the pocket sprung mattress - our friends and relatives are now largely past sleeping on flimsy sofa beds. Thank you.
