Sleep on it. Lounge on it. Live with it. Fill it up. If you’re not 100% happy within 60 days of delivery, we’ll collect it and refund you, less a £195 collection fee.

We’re confident you’ll love your new piece. But we understand it’s a considered purchase, which is why we give you 60 days to live with it at home.

The (Not-So-Small) Small Print – Returns Made Simple

• Your sofa or bed must be made in one of our standard fabrics (leather and bespoke sizes are excluded).
• A £195 collection fee applies to cover return logistics.
• Returned products must be in good, clean condition—we ask that you use a mattress protector.
• Ex-display and clearance items are excluded from this offer.
• Trade orders are excluded. This includes any order placed by, or invoiced to, an interior designer, architect, developer or other business on a client’s behalf, and any order at a trade price. If you bought through your designer, please speak to them about returns.

That’s it. If you need to return a product, just reach out to one of our showrooms—we’ll handle the rest.

Our returns policy is no substitute for getting it right the first time—so we’ll do everything we can to help you choose the perfect piece.

Visit one of our two London showrooms, in Swiss Cottage and Chelsea, to see, test, and truly experience our products. Our team knows these designs inside out, and they’re here to guide you through every detail. You’ll also be able to explore all our fabrics in person, and we can order samples for you to try at home.
