The mattress is a full 160 × 200cm king, a continental king, 10cm wider than a standard UK king. The sofa around it depends on the model and the arms: a Metro king with ultra-slim arms is 190cm wide, the same as a 140cm Metro with standard arms.
A double is 140cm wide and a king 160cm. That’s 10cm more each side for two people, and with slim arms it needn’t take up any more room.
Ours, yes. Each one has a real mattress up to 18cm deep on a proper base, not a cushion on a frame.

The next size up, our large 4 seater, has an amazing mattress that is 160cm wide by 200cm long. It’s bigger than a UK King, we also make a full-size UK Super King and that’s the largest sofa bed you can buy, anywhere!
