Full / Part Time Showroom Assistant
Are you passionate about interior design, with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills? If so, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for a Showroom Assistant to join us in our North London Showroom.
You will greet and demonstrate our collection of furniture to our clients and assist with the day-to-day smooth running of the showroom including take calls, orders and prepare quotes. While in this position you will learn a lot about how our products are made, and how they work to help people creating space in their home to make their life better.
You will ideally (but not essential) have previous experience working in a similar role in a furniture showroom, full training will be given.
Main Duties
- Serving customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Creating quotes and placing orders.
- Assisting clients in selecting the right furniture and colour schemes for their living space.
- Housekeeping and maintaining the visual merchandising of the showroom.
- Assisting our trade/showroom sales staff with support when needed.
Requirements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Some prior experience working in furniture & interiors.
- Team player.
- A keen interest in interior design is a plus.
Trainee / Apprentice Upholsterer

This is a fabulous opportunity to join our small team in Nottingham, to learn the skill of upholstery and other wood-working related jobs. Learn to make beds, sofas, and headboards using traditional and modern techniques.
Key Skills Required

- Ability to use own initiative and also work as a team.
- Some wood-working or upholstery experience would be nice but not essential.

Assistant Manager Fulham Showrooom
This is an exciting opportunity to join Furl, a growing British furniture brand and to be part of a new team at our Fulham Showroom.
Established in 2007, Furl is dedicated to designing, making, and selling space saving furniture. With stores in Swiss Cottage, Watford and Nottingham and now with our new expansion into SW London we need talented, interiors focused individuals to bring our brand to life in our new store.
About the role
You will work in the showroom greeting customers and demonstrating our collection of furniture along with assisting with the day-to-day smooth running of the showroom.
You will ideally have previous experience working in a similar role in a high-end furniture showroom, with a flair for design, colours, and interiors.

- 5 days per week, including Saturdays and two Sundays per month.
