I had a great experience in store trying the different sofa bed options and looking through fabric swatches. I was left to take my time and didn’t feel under pressure at all. The delivery process was excellent - I was able to pick my preferred day, was contacted 30 minutes before delivery and the delivery team were very polite and tidy - they were careful to cover their shoes and talked me through how everything operated before leaving.
