Very comfortable as a bed. I have owned a Cambio 3 seater now for 2 years. I have it as a sofa in my garden room and for use as a bed either by guests or when in summer my main bedroom gets too hot. For the last 3 months though I have slept in it every night due to a broken foot preventing me climbing stairs and find it extremely comfortable. I am very pleased I chose FURL. It costs more than most brands but it is worth it. Mine is coil spring and slats which I recommend.
