Warranty Details

Your Furl storage bed or sofa bed is covered by a
5 year guarantee on the frame and lifting or sofa-bed mechanism from the date of delivery,
with a 2 year guarantee on upholstered components.

If a fault covered by this guarantee arises within the applicable period, we will remedy the issue at no cost to you, the purchaser, subject to the conditions set out below.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided by the original purchaser.
  • Normal wear and tear is excluded, including staining, excessive soiling, abrasion, tears, burns or accidental damage.
  • Cracking or movement of wood caused by extreme changes in room humidity or proximity to direct heat sources (including radiators and air-conditioning) is excluded.
  • This guarantee is non-transferable.
  • In meeting its obligations under this guarantee and in line with statutory requirements, Furl® reserves the right to apply the most appropriate remedy. This may include repair, replacement of the affected component, or a partial or full refund.
  • Where goods are replaced or a refund is provided, any items deemed faulty will revert to the ownership of Furl®.
  • Any claim under this guarantee shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the affected product.
  • This guarantee applies to domestic use within the UK only and does not extend to commercial or non-domestic environments.
  • This guarantee may be invalidated where the product has been misused, altered, adapted, or subject to unauthorised repair.

Nothing in this guarantee affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
