The look of the bed is down to you, as all of our storage beds are handmade and made to order, you decide how they are finished. We can make luxury upholstered storage beds in fabric or leather. Or you have the choice to have them made in wood. We have lots to choose from and you can order free fabric samples to help you decide here. You decide if you would like to add a headboard, and if you do which style you would like to add. Any of our headboards can be added onto any of our bed bases. So you really can make any of our luxury designer modern storage beds look exactly as you would like them to.

Of course not only does a luxury double bed with storage need to look good, it also needs to feel good. This means finding the perfect mattress for your storage bed. We have a range of mattresses that can be added to your storage bed. The only way to find out which is the right mattress for you is to test them. They are all available to test at our London Showroom.

But not only does a luxury storage bed need to look good and feel good, it also needs to function well too. This is why we use strong and sturdy mechanisms that are easy to open and close. So easy in fact that you can open them as often as you need to.

What is it that luxury storage beds have that normal storage beds or normal beds don’t have?

Well, here at Furl, we think that a luxury storage bed should be a combination of all of those things. It needs to look great, feel great and the mechanism has to be better too. In fact, it needs to be the best luxury bed with storage there is. So that’s exactly what we designed – an attractive storage bed that functions easily and also feels luxurious.

Now of course a good looking storage bed will be subject to your tastes. We all like different things, and so what I think looks like the best storage bed there is, you might actually prefer another design. So this is exactly why we created 6 different storage bed designs. There is something for everyone, and a bed that suits each type of room. Each storage bed design uses the same mechanism and so is as high quality as the next design. So you simply have to choose how much storage you would like, and which bed you like the look of the most. They come in 8 different sizes, starting at single and going all the way up to emperor size, which is a whopping 2 metres square!
