What an upgrade to our last sofa bed. Our sofa bed is our main bed used daily so it was important to get something that would be comfortable, easy to set up and put away and also have storage. This meats every need. The bed is so comfy with the memory foam mattress and so surprised at the size of the bed. It feels so spacious even with 2 adults and a 2.5year old.
The delivery team were fantastic. They were so friendly and set up the sofa so quickly and made sure we knew how to set up correctly. Also so informative letting us know if we move that we can pay for the sofa to be repackaged and moved for us.

Customer service Throughout was superb, Delivered on time. The delivery/assembly guys were extremely professional, quick, tidy & courteous. The bed is 100% British built quality, very strong & Solid. The Gloss white finish is immaculate.
The only Thing I would say is that the Healthbeds memory foam mattress needs airing for about a week at least in a different room if you can as the initial fumes from the anti-bacterial treatment are overwhelming to the point they gave us a headache. Not TSBC fault but a point worth noting.
Other than that, best nights sleep I have had in years :-)
I would thoroughly recommend this company and their product to anyone who asks me.

my sofabed was delivered on time,and installed efficiently.
i'm very pleased with it's appearance,and the memory foam mattress is extremely comfortable.however,i find that the sofa should be a little softer to sit on.this could be because i'm very slim, without much padding on me.

We recently nought a Max bed and are very pleased not only with the customer service but also with the bed. It is more expensive than some beds advertised but it is easy to open and close daily and it looks fabulous. David is obviously passionate about his products and patiently answered all our questions during our many visits.
The bed was ready before schedule and Paul and Simon put it up very quickly with a smile and overshoes.
The only thing is I wish Paul and Simon had warned us how heavy it is once assembled as the bed is blocking the only socket in the room...
Also we almost bought their best selling mattress but in the end opted for a memory foam mattress from another leading London shop: I think that the Storage Bed Company could possibly improve their mattress selection?
Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend the Storage Bed Company.

Was very apprehensive when my husband said he had found this fantastic bed on the Website. went to London showroom and found our dream bed. So wonderful to have an appointment system so you are under no pressure and can try every bed on offer. Superb advice given. Have bad arthritis so didnt think I would be able to lift bed and latex mattress (which is absolute heaven - not like our other mattress which was memory foam and made me sweat). How wrong I was! The amazing mechanism makes it so easy even for me. The amount of storage is unbelieveable and because of the easy lift mechanism I use it for regularly used stuff as well - just not a problem. the whole buying process was completely painless. The delivery and assembly could not have been better. The two lovely gentleman who delivered and constructed the bed were so polite, quick, efficient and did a fantastic job. I didnt need to be there. The were so careful with carrying the stuff upstairs (with little plastic slippers so as not to mark carpet). Just cant fault the storage bed Co. The bed may be expensive but the quality, service and comfort so worth every penny! Thank you all!

From showroom to delivery the customer service was excellent. The installation process was professional and on time. The quality of the bed excellent. In summary, no surprises and a solid sales and after sales process. Happy customer would recommend to any of my friends. Only comment is that the memory foam mattress is firmer than the tempur pedic classic mattress I am used to, but it works also.

We took delivery of our Sofa bed on Friday 15th January 2016 and the whole process from visiting the showroom to delivery has been amazing. David answered all our questions, provided great advice as this was an expensive purchase for us. David put our minds at ease and we felt confident we had found the right company/product as were going to be using the sofabed everyday.
So the bed arrived on Friday and it beat are expectations, the delivery/installation was seamless. We went for the top of the range memory foam, which was firm at first but after our 3rd night its starting to break in (I didn't want to get out of it this morning). The build is excellent and we now know the saying "you get what you paid for". This sofa bed will last us for years. I can't recommend this company enough, if you need a sofa bed PLEASE don't go to your normal high street shops if you require an "everyday" sofabed, as we went to them all and not one is on pair to the high build quality/standard/service.

I bought a Duette sofabed from FURL late last year and can honestly say that it is brilliant! It's my every night bed in my mother's 1 bedroom flat, where I now stay.
It's incredibly comfortable to sleep on and the mechanism is easy and so quick to open and close up each day. The design is unlike any I've seen. No taking off and putting back of numerous cushions as with other sofabeds. The previous one was so hard to pull out, it began to be a serious strain on my back so I went on a long and exhaustive search for an everyday replacement. I'm so glad I managed to find this one.
I chose a memory foam mattress (middle of the range I think) which is extremely comfortable and I know that if and when it needs replacing I can get a new one that will fit, something I was unable to do with the last one bought at John Lewis many years ago.
The sofa cushions which are all sewn together appear to never sag, but are very comfortable to sit on and very good for the back. The linen material is very hard wearing and looks great.
I ended up paying a lot more than I'd planned but can honestly say that it was worth it as it's used every night as a bed and every day as a sofa. I feel like it will last for many years, and excellent after sales service will be at the end of the phone should I have any problems.

The sofa bed is exactly what we wanted as we designed it ourselves. I had to use it as my main bed for several weeks and it was exceptionally comfortable; much firmer than any other memory foam mattress I have used, but still with enough 'give' (I have had some discs removed, so this is extremely important for me). The delivery service was excellent - we couldn't have asked for anything more. The sofa was expensive, but worth every penny and the service was premium.

I stumbled across their showroom by accident close to my new flat and was actually looking for a space saving bed solution. I couldn't believe my luck when MJ showed me their bed options and in the end decided to purchase the showroom sofa bed. I was very happy with my decision and MJ organised the delivery for once I had moved in. The delivery men were so friendly and knowledgable. Furl have their customer service spot on!
