First class service from start to finish. We visited the Swiss Cottage showroom and the team there were really helpful and also knowledgeable about the beds and matresses, and helped us choose a low profile storage bed for our loft bedroom. The bed was built to order and delivered within a few weeks. The delivery guys, Fabio and Lubo, were absolutely brilliant and managed to get everything up the rather narrow staircase and assembled the bed on site within an hour. Again they were really knowledgeable about the product, they gave a run down on how the bed worked, guarantee details etc - more than just delivery men! Would recommend furl to anyone looking for a new bed or space saving furniture.
