Despite a couple of hiccups, overall had a very good experience with Furl thanks to a helpful, knowledgeable sales team including MJ, Reon and Monika. I purchased three pieces (Piano sofabed) and Metro chairbed with footrest storage) which proved to be very solid and well constructed as I would expect made-to-order pieces to be. The pieces were delivered/installed by Furl's own very efficient, professional team including Lyubo and Fabio. Once assembly of the pieces were complete, Lyubo gave a very helpful, comprehensive tutorial on how to best operate the units and their care. I can definitely recommend Furl as a source for very good quality, seating-sleeping solutions.
