We’ve designed this mattress with edge to edge support to prevent you rolling off, give extra sleeping area and ensure total comfort. It also has built-in side air vents to allow the mattress to breathe. All our mattresses have the No-Turn Easy Care feature which removes the need for it to be turned. All our mattresses are made to our own exacting specifications by Healthbeds, who have a strong reputation and long history in the industry. In fact they’ve been making high quality mattresses since 1893 when the Smeaton family started the business in Yorkshire. They’ve kept hold of their traditional roots yet moved with the times too and are now being run by the fourth generation of the family. Aside from the quality of their mattresses we love working with them because they’re a company very much like us; they too offer high quality products and enjoy creating exactly what their customers want.

The whole process from choosing my sofa bed to having it installed has been an absolute delight. The customer service from the sales consultants in Chelsea and Swiss Cottage to the delivery guys who came to install is above and beyond expectations. Monika was very patient with my need to see several different material samples at home to make my choice and informed me promptly of any potential delay with sourcing my final choice. The logistics team were superb managing to fit my delivery into a very tight timeframe on the day to help me out. They also gave detailed instructions on use and care of the furniture (particularly to be mindful of my cat when closing the bed away) and how to deal with any spills or accidents that might happen. It was very useful to discover from them that Furl also offers a service to dismantle and move the sofa bed to a new location and re-install if I wanted to move house at some point. I am extremely pleased with the Swan sofabed it is comfortable as a sofa and as a bed. It is the most comfortable bed of a sofabed I have ever had - I've had 3! I love not having to find spaces to put the cushions when I unfurl the bed. I also had the moving mechanism installed so now I can clean underneath easily too. I'm extremely happy.
