The sofa bed nobody
will ever guess is
a sofa bed.
A piece of furniture you fall in love with on sight — with its secret kept entirely to itself.

considered design yet.
There is a moment when someone visits your home for the first time and their eye moves slowly around the room — settling on the art, the lamp, the rug — and then it lands on the sofa. That moment either confirms or complicates everything you have worked to build in your space.
With the Cocoon, it will only ever confirm it. This is not a sofa bed in disguise. It is a sofa, full stop — one that happens to carry a secret worth keeping.

Every other sofa bed has a tell.
Look closely and you will find it. It lives in the arm — that slightly awkward profile forced by the mechanism beneath. Or in the seat depth, a touch shallower than it ought to be. Or simply in the silhouette, which sits just slightly wrong in a room that takes design seriously.
The furniture industry has spent decades trying to disguise this compromise. Furl decided to solve it instead.
The Cocoon was designed as a sofa first. The one-piece arm-and-back construction — the curve that sweeps in an unbroken line from arm through to back — is not styling applied afterwards. It is the whole philosophy of the piece.

"When it's chaos out there. It's calm in here."

And then, when your guests arrive, everything changes.
Hidden inside this quietly confident piece of furniture is a proper bed. Not a fold-out afterthought. Not something you will feel compelled to apologise for in the morning.
A bed that does what a bed is supposed to do — give someone a genuinely good night's sleep, in comfort, without ceremony.
Nobody would ever know it was there. And that is exactly as it should be.
