Our Cambio 3-Seater Sofa Bed has just been delivered and installed, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. The sofa itself is an outstanding product — beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and clearly engineered to a very high standard. The delivery team arrived exactly on time, carried everything up to our 2nd floor, assembled and installed the sofa, removed all packaging, and completed everything in about 25 minutes. What impressed us most, however, was the level of professionalism and care afterwards. Lyubo spent another 30–40 minutes with us explaining the mechanism, maintenance, warranty support, and even helping us find the best position for the sofa in the room. This was especially important for us because another good furniture company previously failed to deliver a sofa bed to our 2nd floor due to the narrow staircase and low ceilings typical of modern developments.
