How often have you searched for a ‘narrow sofa bed’, only to find something you like that won’t fit into the space you have available – or worse still, it’s too big to fit through the front door!
If you have been looking for a slim sofa bed for a long while, then call off the search! We have not one or two, but eight different options for slim sofa beds.

Our thin sofa beds come in a range of different designs. You’ve probably got your favourites – I know I have (Vasca and Duette, but don’t tell anyone!).
How your sofa bed looks is important, but looks aren’t everything. Comfort is just as important as style. It pays to check that you can guarantee a comfortable night’s sleep on your slim sofa bed.
Every sofa bed in our range is available with ultra-slim arms or no arms at all. These slim sofa beds will fit that tight space you’ve got without having to compromise on style or comfort.
Every one of our sofa beds comes in five different sizes:
chair (single bed)
2.5-seater (small double bed)
3-seater (double bed)
4-seater (king bed)
5-seater (super king bed)
No matter what size you choose, each sofa bed is available with a variety of arm options.
The Nuvo, for example, is available with a slim arm, a storage arm, or a wide arm. But all three of those options might make the overall sofa a little too wide for your space. So, we have introduced a fourth arm – the ultra-slim arm.
Quite simply, the ultra-slim arm is the same as a standard arm reduced to just 2cm, so it’s super slim. You might find that by swapping the standard arms on your sofa bed for ultra-slim arms, you can fit a larger bed into your space.
The slim arms look just like standard arms, but they are only 2cm wide. This is as small as we can make them.
There is also an option to order your sofa bed with no arms, so that you can fit the model you love into the space you have available. You may even find that you can increase the size of the sofa bed you buy by removing the arms.
We still need to add something onto the sides of the thin sofa bed so that you don’t see through to the mechanism. This is in the form of a 2cm wide panel that follows the seat’s shape, so the sofa appears to have no arms.
A futon is a traditional Japanese-style bed that typically comprises three parts – a supporting layer, a three-folding matt, and a top layer (a duvet or comforter). Today, the word futon is used more widely to refer to a fold-away bed.
Futons don’t have the same solid structure or internal mechanisms as a sofa bed, which makes them much more compact. They are ideal for homes where space is at a premium, and you often see them in city-centre apartments or lofts.
If you tried to sleep on a futon every night, you’d almost certainly end up with aching joints and a sore back after a while. On the flip side, our sofa beds are as comfortable as a regular bed and you can get a full forty winks on them every night.
Every sofa bed in the Furl collection comes with a full-sized mattress. Each one is at least two metres long (6’6”) and up to 18cms thick so it feels just like sleeping in your own bed.
