Our Cambio 3-Seater Sofa Bed has just been delivered and installed, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. The sofa itself is an outstanding product — beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and clearly engineered to a very high standard. The delivery team arrived exactly on time, carried everything up to our 2nd floor, assembled and installed the sofa, removed all packaging, and completed everything in about 25 minutes. What impressed us most, however, was the level of professionalism and care afterwards. Lyubo spent another 30–40 minutes with us explaining the mechanism, maintenance, warranty support, and even helping us find the best position for the sofa in the room. I've recently downsized and needed a sofa bed and a storage bed. I ordered both from Furl in early March this year and last week both the Cocoon sofa bed and Max storage bed were delivered. I'm absolutely delighted with both. The mattress on the Max storage bed is firmer than I am used to and it took me a few days to adapt, but now I love it. Both were delivered and installed efficiently by Lyubo (forgive if I've misspelt your name) and Mitchell. Expensive items but well worth it.
