The air storage bed is an excellent product and the installer was extremely good. There is a long day lay between order and delivery because everything is made by hand to order but it was worth the wait.

The bed is well made...

The bed is well made and the covering although seemingly the basic cloth appears very good quality too. The only thing to be aware of is that the lifting of the bed to access the storage is only "ASSISTED" by the compressed air cylinders and it is still very heavy indeed to start the lift and I can see a time very soon when I will be unable to do so. I bought it because we needed the storage and we certaily have that but we mistook assisted lift for motorized lift and so are very dissapointed that this was not clearer.

Prompt delivery within the estimated time and still marvelling at how the continental king sized Air bed with luxury 1500 mattress was manoeuvred up two flights of turning stairs and assembled so swiftly. We spent a long time researching storage beds and were confident no other company could offer the quality and comfort we were looking for, nor so many customising options. There are plenty of storage beds out there and we thoroughly researched before ordering from Furl, including 3 trips to their showoom just to be sure. The product is very well made and well designed. We have the bed right up against the wall with a right handed opening and the mechanism does not touch the wall when you lift it upwards due to its clever design. We love having the spacious storage whilst still having that deceptive look of space underneath (we have Simplicity Air). The only thing to say is that it's worth opting for their installation service- the instructions are no Ikea manual! Overall, we are very pleased with our bed, thank you Furl.

Have purchased 2 king size beds from Furl - an Air and Simplicity. Thrilled with the beds - there are of superb quality, fully functional and lovely beds! Excellent customer service from Furl throughout. When our building works overran and we needed to amend the delivery dates for the beds, Furl were flexible and accommodating on multiple occasions. The delivery guys who assembled the beds were professional, speedy and punctual (they were actually early!). Would thoroughly recommend Furl and have already do so to friends!

Furl Play sofa bed is brilliant. We bought it for a potential air b&b as it can be used for everyday use. It's not the cheapest but worth every penny. A beautiful design, extremely comfortable....and much admired.

I'm so impressed and happy with my recent purchase. I went with the Air bed in a silver-grey velvet, and it looks amazing - especially with the Mondrian headboard. The storage space is far more than you would expect, and the mechanism is very secure and easy to operate. David was very helpful when I visited the showroom. He had so many material samples to choose from - more than the ones listed on the website. And as a real bonus nowadays, the gentlemen who delivered it and put it together were lovely and respectful.

We first visited Furl's showroom two years ago, aware that most king-size storage beds are too bulky to fit into our bedroom. We loved the look of the Air bed and its slimline headboard. The personal service was brilliantly informative and not pushy. Delays to our renovation plans meant we didn't order for two years but we made a special visit to Grand Designs Live especially for Furl. The same member of staff was working at the exhibition, she ran through everything again with us and we placed our order. (We don't remember her name but she was incredibly knowledgable.) Communication throughout was perfect (thank you David and Paul) and when the pre-arranged delivery date wasn't convenient, Furl simply changed it to suit us. On the day of delivery we received calls to say the crew were en-route. The assemblers - Tim and Dave - were a credit to the company. Friendly, quick and respecting of our home. We've had the bed two days and love it - not only does it look great and feels solid, we can't believe how much storage we've gained. I thoroughly recommend Furl. Perfect from start to finish! Sorry it took us to two years!

Looks even better than the pictures

Love the bed! The design, fabric and colour go even better than I thought with the rest of my bedroom. It’s quite compact for a king size and makes best use of my space from all the other options I had. Plenty of storage underneath too which is easy to access. Delivery was one week sooner than originally estimated and the delivery team were nice, assembled everything in about twenty minutes and took extra care. Happy
